The Resilient
Catholics Community Videos and Testimonials
"I joined the RCC in 2023. It is a supportive, rich, educational, inspiring experience. It helps to keep me grounded in my faith, connected with other Catholics who value IFS and provides a consistent weekly anchor point. I have been especially blessed with my group which has always been a great landing and connection place and has also stayed pretty stable over time with many of the original members.
The materials and resources are varied, extensive, thoughtfully designed and continually evolving! They provide much food for thought, discussion and reflection as they include experientials, sharing, teaching and demos. Many materials are available in audio, video and written format- making all parts welcome whatever their learning style!
I would highly recommend this as a way to deepen in spiritual and personal formation, widen perspectives and grow in love. Not to mention the opportunity to share in a sense of community with those also on the journey."- Lisa Barrett, Syndney, Australia

"I am deeply grateful for the transformative experience I've had with the RCC, Souls & Hearts, and Dr. Peter Malinoski. The weekly company sessions are incredibly supportive and engaging, making this journey of healing surprisingly accessible and manageable. The time I invest in this deeply personal work is helping me heal and grow, positively impacting my most important relationships.
I wholeheartedly encourage fellow Catholics to join us. It’s a profound yet approachable path to integration and wholeness that truly enhances both spiritual and personal well-being."

"The RCC has been 'life-changing' for me. I found the Interior Integration for Catholics podcast in December 2023, and by Spring 2024, wanted to explore the RCC but was seriously concerned about making the financial commitment.
I was nearly 70 and in a marriage I wanted to leave. My entire life had been a struggle, and although I grew up Protestant, I did not commit to putting God first until a divorce from my son’s father, who was an alcoholic. It was during that journey at the age of 47, that I found the Catholic Faith and entered the Church three years later with little support of family or friends.
The next 20 years felt even harder as my new husband suffered a stroke, which took his ability to communicate effectively, and my parents developed Alzheimer's and dementia, requiring me to retire early so I could care for them in their final years.
I felt so alone and life seemed so hard, but I found comfort in my faith. The clouds began to lift, but my marriage seemed hopeless. I wanted to honor the sacramental vows I had taken but had no idea how I was going to do that. That is when I found the RCC and made the commitment to the program, trusting God would provide.
The RCC has not always been easy, but I can tell you is that there are so many opportunities for growth and it has opened the door to a whole new world. I live in greater peace and understanding of my parts and even those of others. It is the first time in 71 years that I have found a sense of peace, and the goal of loving like Jesus is much closer than it has ever been. My husband has not really changed, but I have."

"I am growing, and all the small parts within me are growing, too. I attribute this to the gentle, loving approach I am learning to have towards my own humanity and the re-'formation' taking place within me.
I have always desired integrity and integration but didn't know quite how to get there. I didn't know that the answers were inside me and that God was lovingly guiding me there. Allowing myself to 'go there' with Him on this journey has been the greatest gift I've ever given myself, and hopefully, as I grow, it will be the gift that keeps on giving."

"The RCC is the missing ingredient in my Catholic spirituality that I believe will provide the human formation I need. Over time, I believe God will use the RCC to strengthen my spiritual life and lovingly heal my parts so that I can continue to unblend and perfect my love for the Lord, myself, my family, and others. It's a lifelong journey."
