4th Annual Resilient Catholics Community Retreat Registration

As the RCC continues to grow, the demand for in-person programming and opportunities to build relationships has increased. In response to that demand, we will be offering two RCC retreats in August 2025 to accommodate twice as many RCC members as in past years.
The total cost of the 2025 retreats:
- $975 for single room (limited availability)
- $650 for double room

In order to reserve your spot at a retreat, please use one of the four payment links below, which specify the date you desire and whether you want a single or double room. A limited number of single rooms are available. If the single room deposit link doesn't work, those single rooms are sold out.
The RCC Retreat #1 will be held August 7-10, 2025, and the RCC Retreat #2 will be held August 14-17, 2025.
Please plan to arrive at Mother of the Redeemer Retreat Center in Bloomington, Indiana, on Thursday between 3-5:30 PM. Both retreats conclude with a 10:00 AM Mass on Sunday morning and it’s a tradition for us to have leisurely brunch together in Bloomington afterward before departing. All lodging and meals except the optional final Sunday brunch are included in the retreat fee.Â
After making the deposit payment, please check your email for a purchase confirmation email which will include a link to complete your retreat registration.
Participation in this RCC Retreat is limited to active members of the Resilient Catholics Community.
We expect to reach capacity for these retreats; however, Souls and Hearts reserves the right to cancel retreats if the minimum number of participants is not met. If your retreat is cancelled, your deposit will be refunded 100%.

RCC Retreat Payment Details and Refund Policies

Cost for the 2025 retreats:
Single:Â $225 deposit with $750 balance due either as a one-time payment or 3 payments of $250
Double:Â $200 deposit with $450 balance due either as a one-time payment or 3 payments of $150
All payments due by July 31. 2025. To take advantage of the 3-payment plan, the first installment of the balance due payments will need to be made by May 31, 2025.
Participation at RCC Retreats is open to only members who are actively subscribed to the RCC at the time of the retreat.
Refund Policy
- Full refund (minus $50 admin fee) for retreat cancellations before 60 days.
- 50% refund for retreat cancellations before the 30-day mark.
- 29 days notice (and fewer) will receive no refund (unless serious circumstances are present, on a case-by-case basis).
- Souls and Hearts reserves the right to cancel any retreat that does not meet the minimum number of registrations. In this case, full refunds will be issued.
