2026 S&H Formators Retreat -- Double Rm Balance One Payment

This is the $525 balance due on the Double Room option.  It includes one double-occupancy room for the nights of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, August 10-12th, dinner on Monday evening, Tuesday and Wednesday breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as all the retreat supplies and programming. 

Refund Policy

  • Full refund (minus $50 admin fee) for retreat cancellations on or before June 10, 2026.
  • 50% refund for retreat cancellations on or before July 10, 2026.
  • After July 10, 2026 there will be no refund (unless serious circumstances are present, on a case-by-case basis).
  • Souls and Hearts reserves the right to cancel any retreat that does not meet the minimum number of registrations. In this case, full refunds will be issued.
