This is the $375 balance due on the day retreatant option, broken into three payments of $125. Includes dinner on Thursday evening, Friday and Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as all the retreat supplies and programming. (Sunday group breakfast is optional and not included.)  

Refund Policy

• Full refund (minus $50 admin fee) for retreat cancellations on or before June 6, 2026.
• 50% refund for retreat cancellations on or before July 6, 2026.
• After July 6, 2026 there will be no refund (unless serious circumstances are present, on a case-by-case basis).
• Souls and Hearts reserves the right to cancel any retreat that does not meet the minimum number of registrations. In this case, full refunds will be issued.
