2026 S&H Formators Retreat - August 10 - 13, 2026 - Day Retreatant Balance in Three Payments

This is the $375 balance due on the day retreatant option, broken into three payments of $125. Includes dinner on Thursday evening, Friday and Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as all the retreat supplies and programming.  The optional Sunday breakfast is not included.

Refund Policy

  • Full refund (minus $50 admin fee) for retreat cancellations on or before June 10, 2026.
  • 50% refund for retreat cancellations on or before July 10, 2026.
  • After July 10, 2026 there will be no refund (unless serious circumstances are present, on a case-by-case basis).
  • Souls and Hearts reserves the right to cancel any retreat that does not meet the minimum number of registrations. In this case, full refunds will be issued.
