2026 RCC Retreat -- Double Room Balance in Three Payments

This is the $525 balance due on the Double Room option, broken into three payments of $175.  It includes one double-occupancy room for the nights of Thursday, Friday and Saturday, August 6-8th, dinner on Thursday evening, Friday and Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as all the retreat supplies and programming.    

Refund Policy

  • Full refund (minus $50 admin fee) for retreat cancellations on or before June 6, 2026.
  • 50% refund for retreat cancellations on or before July 6, 2026.
  • After July 6, 2026 there will be no refund (unless serious circumstances are present, on a case-by-case basis).
  • Souls and Hearts reserves the right to cancel any retreat that does not meet the minimum number of registrations. In this case, full refunds will be issue
