This is the $375 balance due on the day retreatant option. Includes dinner on Thursday evening, Friday and Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as all the retreat supplies and programming.  The optional Sunday breakfast is not included.

Refund Policy

• Full refund (minus $50 admin fee) for retreat cancellations on or before June 10, 2026.
• 50% refund for retreat cancellations on or before July 10, 2026.
• After July 10, 2026 there will be no refund (unless serious circumstances are present, on a case-by-case basis).
• Souls and Hearts reserves the right to cancel any retreat that does not meet the minimum number of registrations. In this case, full refunds will be issued.
